Therapist, Rachel Lees, looking at camera and smiling

Hi, I’m Rachel (she/her)

I’m a nature-loving therapist based on England’s South Coast, and I’m passionate about helping people who are feeling overwhelmed by their thoughts and emotions.

Life can often feel like a whirlwind of overthinking, but therapy offers a chance to slow things down and reconnect with what truly matters.

My journey & approach

Through my own transformative therapy journey and my work with clients, I’ve seen how powerful it is to have someone who listens deeply, without judgment. Together, we can uncover insights that bring clarity and create space for positive change. You don't have to carry it all alone.

In our sessions, I’ll provide a safe, warm space where you can simply be yourself. We’ll explore what’s going on for you, understand how your past is influencing the present, and work through any difficult emotions. My approach is humanistic and integrative, which means I tailor our work based on what works best for you. Whether through talk therapy, breathwork, or somatic tools, I’ll meet you where you are and help you feel more grounded and present.

Why Therapy with Me Works

Therapy with me is about more than just understanding your thoughts and emotions—it’s about taking real steps toward living a life that feels calmer, more present, and aligned with what truly matters to you. You’ll gain the tools to move through life’s challenges with more ease, confidence, and self-compassion.

The Power of Connection

The relationship between therapist and client is key to lasting change, and I bring a genuine, compassionate approach to every session. That’s why I offer a free introductory call, so you can get a feel for what it’s like to work with me before we commit to therapy together. This is a great opportunity to discuss what’s on your mind and explore whether we’re a good fit to work together.
